1 глава червено цвекло
1 морков
1 червена чушка
1 ябълка
50 гр. орехи
сокът от 1 лимон
зехтин
сол
Сложете кълновете в купата. Настържете цвеклото, моркова и ябълката. Нарежете и прибавете червената чушка и натрошените орехи. Накрая полейте с дресинг от изцеден лимон, зехтин и сол.
